What does an AI workflow assessment include?
One 60-minute working session, a written workflow map, three ranked opportunities and a recommended next step. The experimental $250 price covers planning; implementation is separate.
Before the working session.
Choose one repeated business task and describe the software involved. Bring the role of the owner, the current workaround and the point where the handoff becomes unclear. The initial assessment does not need system access.
The free discovery conversation checks fit first. Ten business-only questions help frame that conversation; the discovery call itself is not a free written strategy or build.
During the 60-minute session.
We follow the trigger, ordinary route, owner, completion condition and fallback. We ask what your existing software can already do and where staff judgment matters.
An invented example is enough to explain the workflow. Do not send private records, passwords or payment information as preparation.
The written deliverable.
- A map of one workflow, including the owner and exception path.
- Three ranked opportunities and their tradeoffs.
- One recommended next step, which may be configuration, training, a separately scoped build or no change.
- Approximate costs where feasible, with unknown vendor requirements kept visible.
An example of a useful recommendation.
In a fictional office, the problem is an unassigned inbox rather than a slow AI response. The map might recommend one owner, a backup and a visible “awaiting review” state before proposing automation.
The recommendation should explain what the office can test for itself. It does not need a promise of time saved to be useful.
Fictional demo business, demo data. This is an illustrative sample, not a delivered client engagement.
What happens afterwards.
The experimental delivery target is five business days after the session and complete inputs, subject to agreed capacity. Timing and price are confirmed in writing before paid work begins.
A suitable $750 pilot has its own bounded scope: one workflow on one existing platform, up to eight total owner hours. A custom app, larger integration or workshop is quoted separately. You decide whether to take any next step; accepting the assessment does not commit you to implementation.
One workflow.
One free conversation.
Tell Nick which office task you want help with. Use the business inquiry form, email or text. Nick confirms a time separately for a free 30-minute Google Meet.
Nick at ASAP Ops reads business inquiries sent to the email address above.
Discovery hours: 3–6 PM Eastern daily. Remote over Google Meet, with on-site visits by arrangement. Please leave out patient information, records, passwords and payment details.
Starting offers use business-only information. Any work that would touch patient information needs a vendor BAA and counsel review before it starts. Scope, price, timing and acceptance are agreed before paid work.
