Who provides the services
More Time for Care is a campaign from ASAP Ops. Ikigai Health Inc. provides the coaching and consulting services under its registered business name, ASAP Ops. Creative examples shown on the site are fictional. These services do not provide patient care, diagnosis or treatment.
Contacting us
Nick Marino at ASAP Ops reads business inquiries sent to [email protected] and handles calls and texts. If you email, call or text, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, contact details and a description of a business workflow. We use it to respond and arrange a conversation. Email [email protected], call 561-291-6833, or text Nick. Please do not send patient information, passwords, payment-card details or sensitive business records. This website has no patient intake form or upload area.
Business inquiry form
The inquiry button opens Google Forms. It asks for your name, work email, company, a brief business need and permission for Nick to contact you about that inquiry. Your phone number is optional. Google Forms stores submitted responses for ASAP Ops. Please leave out patient details, passwords and payment information. You can also email or text Nick using the contact details above.
Free discovery calls
You can request a free 30-minute discovery call using the business inquiry form, email or text. The email option opens a draft that you send from your own email app. Nick confirms the time and sends Google Meet details separately. Sending a request does not confirm an appointment.
Inquiry retention and requests
Nicholas Marino deletes business inquiry emails and text messages after 90 days. For a privacy or deletion request, email the address above. This inquiry schedule does not describe the independent retention practices of communications providers or records from a later paid engagement.
Hosting and communications
Cloudflare hosts the website and processes connection and request information to deliver and protect it. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Google email, Google Voice, Google Calendar and Google Meet process information needed for communications and appointments. Your own email and phone providers also handle communications. See Google’s privacy information. Nick confirms that the published business number currently has no AI receptionist, call recording, transcription or forwarding. The services and account settings used for a paid engagement will be addressed before that work begins.
Cookies and the Office Ready demo
The website code contains no advertising trackers, analytics, session replay or tracking cookies. Fonts, images and videos are hosted with the site.
Office Ready is a fictional demonstration. It stores the made-up tasks you enter, selected sample staff roles, completion flags and sample handoff acknowledgement in this browser on this device. It does not send that task content to a server or synchronize it across devices. Use fictional information only.
“Reset demo” clears saved tasks and progress. “Remove offline files” removes downloaded app files and its offline worker but leaves saved tasks in place. Browser site-data cleanup can also erase local information. Removing a Home Screen icon is a separate device action. The offline cache does not include the portfolio or videos.
Examples and paid services
Demonstration businesses, people, messages and task counts are fictional. They illustrate workflows and are not customer results or a promise of performance. AI output requires human review.
No payment is collected on this website. Before paid work begins, both parties must accept a separate written scope and terms covering deliverables, price, timing, responsibilities and acceptance. Listed prices alone do not establish an engagement. Work involving patient information is outside the starting scope and requires a separate assessment and agreement before access.
